Upon check-in, we found our king suite all set up and good to go 🛏️. the room had a great location right next to the taxi stand and the restaurant, making it super convenient to get around and grab a bite to eat.

The location of Palmetto La Perla was ideal, with convenient proximity to the airport. Despite the initial confusion with the hotel name, the room we stayed in was clean, well-appointed, and had good water pressure in the shower. The staff promptly addressed our complaint about noisy neighbors and took action to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast provided was reasonable and sufficient. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and accommodating service.

We enjoyed our Easter stay, and there were a few things we liked about this hotel: the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. the location was near some great restaurants and shops, which made exploring the area easy and convenient.
The false advertising about the complimentary treats that should have been included with our deal. We expected to find a fruit bowl, chocolates, and wine in our room upon arrival.

We stayed here during our layover and we were impressed by the hotel's proximity to the airport. Additionally, the hotel was very clean with good toiletries and comfortable beds. The staff were accommodating and friendly, and the hotel even arranged a prepaid cab for us to go back to the airport.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel had very comfortable beds and excellent water pressure in the shower. The room was well-appointed and had all the necessary toiletries and a hairdryer provided. The hotel was located in an easily accessible area and was not too far from key locations. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing great service during our Easter stay.
The breakfast at the hotel was not up to par. There were limited options and the food was not as fresh as we would have liked.

The hotel seemed pretty close to the airport, and the staff was nice and friendly. the room was small but clean, and the bathroom had hot water with good pressure. the hotel also had a great location near the town centre, making it easy to explore the area.
The noise from the room next door kept us up at night, and the old windows made it hard to sleep with all the street noise.
